While we want to give you privacy and autonomy during your party, our staff will be readily available in the adjacent room. Should you need any assistance or have any concerns, they’re just a step away.

• Yes, we have designated areas for food and beverages. Each Party Zone is equipped with a refrigerator for your convenience. However, please note that no food is allowed inside the inflatables.

• We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. Shoes cannot be worn inside the inflatables and socks must be worn at all times.

• Yes, each session typically lasts for a specific duration. However, extended time can be arranged upon request. Details can be found in our “Pricing” section.

• While we do not offer refunds, if you cancel with a minimum of 72 hours notice, we will provide a credit for the amount you paid. This credit will be held on your account and can be used for future bookings within a year from the cancellation date.

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• No rough play or behavior that may endanger others.
• Respect all participants and staff.
• Follow entrance and exit signs for each inflatable.
• Shoes cannot be worn inside the inflatables; socks must be worn at all times.
• No food is allowed inside the inflatables.
• Report any issues or damages to the inflatables to the staff immediately.

While we understand the need for packing up, it’s essential that guests exit the Party Zone promptly at the end of the booked time. To ensure a smooth transition to cleaning, we recommend indicating on your invitations that the party concludes 10 to 15 minutes before your actual Party Zone time ends.

While we don’t expect you to deep clean, we do ask that you dispose of any trash and gather your belongings before leaving. Our staff will handle the detailed cleaning and sanitizing of the area in preparation for the next party.

We understand the convenience of setting up in advance. However, due to space constraints and to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we’re unable to store food or other items before your scheduled Party Zone time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
